We had a just perfect 1 night stay. The staff were superfriendly and very, very nice all the time. The location was unbeatable and EXCELLENT yet it was within short walking distance to downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot.
Unfortunately internet connection was weak.

Relaxing atmosphere and the big, nice, quiet beach. Nice pool overlooking the beach, breakfast in the restaurant on the beach, nicely appointed individual cottages.
No nearby upscale restaurants.

Location is only 2 hours from Bangkok and a well kept resort. Nice pool and beach.
No staff around at all by pool , spa etc. Actually not bad but we felt like the hotel has noted the low occupancy and reduced staff. However there were enough in reception, security, restaurant.

Marvellous breakfast; recommended. The rooms were fully-equipped and good quality with safe for our safety. Location: the hotel was near to the canals Besides the Cruise, and the long beautiful beach.

fully-equipped room with a nice view. location so close to the resort's restaurant, which closes at eight in the evening and the long beautiful beach and near-by cha-am. good food in the beachside restaurant in the vicinity.

Very comfortable cottages, extra extra large supercomfy beds, very helpful staff (although somewhat lacking in English skills), nice restaurant, great seaside location.
Staff could do with some English language training. Chefs in the restaurant have a hard time understanding 'not spicy'...
